We are fully aware of the fact that, our Safari Guides are not only the Image of our Safari Company, but also, that of our country, Tanzania. They represent what we are. They perform an onerous task which amasses to sustainable results. It is for this reason that we make sure that they are well-trained and that they are on their feet at all times. Indeed, we are happy to make it known that all of them have more than 10 years of working in this trade. Hence, a combination of their knowledge and Experience automatically exudes confidence in their undertakings. Smiling faces, polite, out-going, informative, helpful, flexible are among the adjectives which those Visitors who have had an opportunity to travel with them over the years, use to describe them. In effort to maintain these standards, we arrange for their Refresher Courses on an Annual basis which touch on flora and fauna, but, with a bias on Customer care. This way, you can be sure that when you go on Safari with any one of them, you have a good friend with you. If you have travelled as a Family, then, you have acquired a new member of the family. If you have travelled as a team of workmates, then our safari guide becomes another member of the group. They change roles from being a Safari Guide to a Companion, from a Comrade to a Father figure depending on circumstances. In essence, the Bottomline is that, whenever you travel with any one of them, then you have a reliable person in charge, indeed, you are in safe hands.
